Brice Nougaret and Benoît Vicq wanted it to be a real landmark in the neighbourhood as well as a Gascon restaurant that reflected their style. They met 20 years ago in the Lot-et-Garonne. Having each completed their training with top Michelin-starred restaurants, the two friends got back together again in 2007 to form the joint venture that would be Le Carré. With Brice in the kitchen and Benoît working front of house, this makes for a magical experience.

Classic but never dull, the no-frills menu is constantly refreshed in line with the seasons, the availability of ingredients and our Chef’s inspirations. Produce is selected for its flavour and is carefully and lavishly prepared.
